This piece imagines life under dictatorship in Venezuela. I revised a Chavez propaganda and turned it into a TV with eyes to indicate surveillance. Strings hang furniture in a disordered living room as if they are props in an authoritarian stimulation. This abstraction of thought highlights domestic struggles because a weak economy, fragile democracy, and divided society hurt citizens most.
