This piece was inspired by the coral reef near Australia. I wanted to express the similarities of ecosystems through contrast by placing sea creatures and humans in opposite habitats. This makes each habitat more like the one each creature belongs to. I showed swimming on land and walking on water as these are both means of moving around an ecosystem. Humans and fish coexist on earth and we need to find ways to to make our ecosystems more sustainable for sea creatures to enjoy for decades to come.
